Well, I grew up going to this place and always loved it, I got my first pair of glasses here when I was a kid, so I'll give it 5 stars for my past experiences. WELL, today I called to simply see if there were any openings available because I'm now visiting from out of state and needed a new pair of contacts ASAP. Well, the gentleman who answered my call sarcastically laughed at me, mumbled something that I'm sure was rude and then hung up on me before I could finish my sentence; it was just a tad bit unprofessional. Probably thought I was a prank call or something but nope, I was trying to see where else he suggested I go since he told me this place is completely booked until July at the beginning of the phone call.

Amazing staff, friendly atmosphere, I will definitely be back next year!! Large frame selection for my insurance, which is rare. The doctor was awesome, super thorough and funny! Would recommend to my family and friends!
